We searched for a flat manually for a year and a half, and with this service we found one within just a week. It's really great that you don't have to do anything yourself — you just fill in the questionnaire and the service takes care of the rest.

How we check reviews: only a signed-in client for whom the service has already applied for flats and received an invitation can leave one. Every review is tied to that account — one review per account. We do not accept reviews without an account and we do not pay for reviews. We do not verify the details of what is described.

Flats from companies where automatic application does not work yet are not shown to you at all.
Yes. BerlinWo only applies with your consent. Your data is received by the housing companies we apply to on your behalf and by our providers for the server, site delivery, sign-in, payment and AI parsing. Property marketplaces and Telegram receive it only if you arrange that yourself — through a separate power of attorney or a link you set up. Who exactly, for what and on what legal basis is set out in full in section 4 of the privacy policy. Confirmations run through a service address. You can delete your account yourself at any time (Art. 17 GDPR): your profile, applications, messages and documents are removed from the database the moment you delete it, and from backups within 6 months at the latest. After that we keep only what we must keep by law or need to prevent abuse — for example proof of your consents for 3 years and contract records such as order and cancellation for 6 years, without your profile or correspondence. BerlinWo is a subscription service: one plan, Full at €29.99/month, all prices include 19% VAT. The service runs around the clock. To get to know it there is a free test drive: 24 hours, no card, up to 20 real applications, once per person. It ends on its own and does not turn into a subscription; after that the service only continues with a subscription, which can be cancelled anytime. The Pro plan is available on request for estate agents; the price is agreed individually.
No. BerlinWo works with and without a Wohnberechtigungsschein. Your WBS level is in your profile and goes into the forms that ask for it. Whether a listing requires a WBS, however, often cannot be read from its text: if it is not stated legibly, the application is sent and the company decides on eligibility.
The service checks new listings around the clock and applies automatically as soon as a matching flat shows up in our list — at night and on weekends too. The clock starts the moment the listing appears in our list, not when it was published: our data nowhere records when a company put a listing online — that lead time we neither measure nor promise. Measured on 1070 applications to the municipal companies via their shared listings portal — not on all our applications — the median from our find to the sent application was around 30 seconds (data up to 09.10.2026). In the last month of that period (10.09–09.10.2026, 751 applications) it was higher: around 80 seconds. That is the median, not a commitment: for roughly one application in ten — 10.7 % — more than a day passes, for instance when the listing sits in the queue, and in extreme cases several weeks. In Berlin and Brandenburg sought-after flats are often gone within hours — applying early is what puts you in the running at all.
